Each Dvrshark Digital Surveillance System comes with an Equipment Maintenance & Services Agreement that provides 24/7 remote viewing access over the Internet, bi-annual system checks, updating Anti-Virus & installing crucial security updates and FREE technical support both over the phone and on-site. It's solely upto the customers if they want to subscribe to maintenance plan or not.

Individual Pricing Plan

Dvrshark offers a minimum 1-year Equipment Maintenance & Services Agreement. The individual Pricing Plan rates are:

• Monthly Rate: $24.95 per month
• Annual Rate: $249.95 per year

The 2-year Equipment Maintenance & Services Agreement are as follows:

• Monthly Rate: $19.95 per month
• Annual Rate: $ 219.95 per year*
• 2-year Annual Pre-paid Rate: $449.95*

* The 2-year Annual and Pre-pad options include a 10% overall discount on installation/labour. This also saves the owners from providing a Credit Card # or Direct Billing authorization.
