1. How do I change my password?
Answer: To change your password, you must first login to your Dvrshark Selfcare Center . Once you are logged in, click on Change Password under account management. To will need to enter your current password and will be required to enter your new password and retype it to eliminate typos. Click the Submit button and your password will be changed.

Answer: If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by following this link: http://www.dvrshark.com/resetPassword.htm. You will have to enter your username, which also happens to be your email address that you used at the time of registration. Your password will be sent to your email address.

3. Can you send me specifications of the cameras/system I have?
Answer: We already did! The most detailed and accurate information about your system can be accessed 24/7 using Dvrshark Selfcare Center. Once you login to Selfcare Center, under Business Management, click on System Information/User Manuals. In there you will see all kinds of technical mumbo-jumbo regarding your system. If you still have further questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Center by emailing info@dvrshark.com. Customer Care is open to our email inquires 24/7.

4. Can I get user manuals and documentation for my system?
Answer: Ofcourse you can. We provide an extensive range of DVR systems - from PC based DVRs to advance 16 Channel Standalone DVRs. Currently, we are entertaining 12 diffrent types of DVRs. When you create your user account, we upload all manuals pertaining to your DVR to your user account. These manuals can be accessed from your Dvrshark Selfcare Center 24/7. To download user manuals, you must login to Selfcare Center. Under business management, click on System Information/User Manuals. A new window will open and at the very bottom, you will see a link to download/view your user manuals.

5. What is the warranty on my system?
Answer: All systems carry 30 days Dvrshark Warranty and 1-year manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise noted. We also provide 2-years warranty on most of our system. If this is the case, there will be a sticker on your DVR that will say that you have 2-years warranty.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by power surges, physical damage and overheating.
Customers may purchase our extended warranty. Extended warranty is designed to give our customers the peace of mind that they need. Extended warranty basically says that if we cannot fix something, we will replace it at no cost. For more details, please visit Tech Support.
